Scuba Dive and Kayak Vietnam Halong Bay (3 days)

Vietnam Halong bay is the best place for water sport holidays. The 3-day tour is customized on the sharing tour basis (seat-in-coach transfer, sharing junk) and includes both kayaking and scuba diving activities. Book this tour in summer time and have the opportunity to spend a night on board junk, kayak paddle in middle of Halong bay, scuba dive in two different places. Day 1: Hanoi – Halong Bay. Cruise. Kayaking (L,D).

Transfer from your hotel to our departure point will be arranged by yourself.

At 8:00: get on our sharing shuttle bus & depart for Halong bay (with guide). Enjoy the journey through the scenery of rice fields, water buffalo and everyday Vietnamese village life. Arrive in Halong around noon and board the Bai Tho traditional sailing junk (or similar junk).

Whilst cruising the exquisite waters sample the regions fresh seafood. Round over Thien Cung cave (palace of heaven), Dau Go ( grotto of wood ), Tuan Chau island, Dog island, Dinh Huong, Ga Choi (fighting cock mountain), Turtle island. Visit Sung Sot cave and enjoy one-hour kayaking trip or have a swim at Titop beach or Soi Sim beach.

Watch the sun set over the bay whilst enjoying a delicious dinner.

Overnight on board junk.

Day 2: Halong Bay Scuba Diving (B,L,D).

Breakfast on board junk.

At 9h00, will will be picked up at the boat-house by our Diving Team and transferred by another wooden boat to our first divesite – Chim Island. Enjoy 01 dive before having lunch on board.

In the afternoon, we will move to another divesite – Me Cung Island. There we will enjoy one more hour diving before being dropped off back at boat-house for overnight.

Dinner and overnight on board.

Day 3: Halong Bay – Hanoi (B).

Breakfast on board. Then we continue our cruise while the boat is going back to shore. Arrive at Ha long wharf about 11h00 and join our vehicle again for journey back to Hanoi (sharing shuttle bus; with guide).

Arrive in Hanoi about 15:00. You will be dropped off at the place where we picked you you on day 1. Transfer from this place to your hotel will be arranged by yourself. End.

Vietnam Halong Bay Scuba Diving Trip (3 days)

The three-day scuba diving tour is arranged in Halong bay, northern Vietnam. There will be two dives in two different places in Halong bay. The diving tour also includes the airport transfer in Hanoi and the round trip transfer Hanoi – Halong bay. The best period for taking this scuba diving tour is the summer time starting April until September.

Day 1: Arrive in Hanoi. Travel to Halong bay.

Upon your arrival at Noibai airport in Hanoi at ???h, you will be greeted by Lotussia Travel guide, driver and transferred to Halong city.

The drive to Halong city takes around 3.5 hours with stopping along the way for a toilet break and a coffee (optional).

Arrive in Halong city. Check-in hotel and stay free at leisure.

Free dinner and overnight at hotel in Halong city.

Day 2: Halong bay diving (B,L).

After breakfast, you will be picked up by our team and transferred to Halong pier where you will take a boat cruising offshore.

After about 2-hour cruise, we will arrive the first dive site, the Chim Island where you will enjoy a half hour diving with PADI instructor before having lunch on board.

In the afternoon, we will move to another divesite – Me Cung Island. There we will enjoy one more hour diving before being transferred back to shore. You will be picked up again by our car at the pier and transferred to your hotel in Halong city.

Free dinner and overnight in Halong city.

Day 3: Halong bay – Hanoi. End (B).

Breakfast at hotel.

Free at leisure until being picked up again by our team for the 3-hour journey back to Hanoi.

You will be dropped off at your hotel in Hanoi. End.

1 Day Snorkeling and Excursion to Cham Island by Wooden Motor-boat

8h:10am: You will be met up with Lotussia Travel driver at your hotel in Hoian and transferred to the pier. On board.

8h:45am: Departure from the pier, water, coffee, tea available on board.

10h:00 am: Arrival at the islands, snorkeling on coral reef and sightseeing of the islands.

11h30: Light snack available on board. After transferring to Bai Chong beach for lunch.

12h15: Lunch in jungle restaurant. Drinking water included.

Afternoon: relax on the beach, swimming, snorkeling, canoeing or trekking 3 km, discover the fishing village. (Customer able to request to get here by small transfer boat and guide’s assistance if preferred).

Halong Bay Boat Cruise and Scuba Diving Tour Northern Vietnam

Day 01: Hanoi – Halong half day cruise (L,D)

You will be met up at your hotel in Hanoi by Lotussia Travel driver and transferred to Halong bay. The route out to Halong City is newly upgraded. Learn about ancestor worship and the importance of the family in Vietnamese life, and how Vietnamese people bury their dead. Learn too about the rotation of rice crops compared with Southern Vietnam. Photo stop with some nice farmlands of the Red River Delta and the scenery of rice fields, water buffalo and everyday Vietnamese village life. Arrive in Halong and embark on the traditional comfortable junk. Fresh seafood lunch served on board whilst the junk will weaves through strange-shaped rock formations that invite comparisons from fighting cocks to dragons and even General de Gaulle’s nose. Visit the Sung sot (Surprise Grotto) with its great views.

15h00: You will be picked up at overnight boat (around Titop Island) by Lotussia Adventures Diving team and transferred to the divesite – Me Cung Island (subject to change upon weather conditions).

15h10: Arrive the divesite and enjoy 01 dive (35 minutes). After diving, drop off guests at the overnight boat (around Titop Island). End diving trip.

Enjoy fresh sea food dinner and overnight on board.

Day 02: Halong half day cruise – Hanoi (Brunch)

Continue to cruise the Bay. The karts outcrops that you will sail by were formed from sediment that settled on the seafloor in prehistoric times. They rose to the surface through geological upheaval and erosion. When exposed to rainfall, the striking limestone formations weathered into their current strange, remarkable shapes. Gradually meander back towards Halong city with brunch or lunch served on board (depending on your choice of junks, meals will be organized differently). Check out time will be 11h00 – 11h45. Transfer back to Hanoi. End of tour.

Northern Vietnam Active Vacation – Trekking Mai Chau Kayaking Diving Halong Bay

The 9-day trip includes trekking in Mai Chau, river boat trip in Tam Coc with easy countryside cycle, kayaking and scuba diving in Halong bay.

Day 01: Arrival in Hanoi.

Upon your arrival at Noi Bai airport in Hanoi, you will be greeted by Lotussia Travel guide, driver and escorted to your hotel in town. Check-in hotel and stay free at leisure (check in time from 12h00). Overnight in Hanoi.

Day 02: Hanoi full day city tour.

Breakfast at hotel. Then we will have a half day tour of Vietnam’s capital, Hanoi. Hanoi is a unique city with tree-lined boulevards, French colonial architecture, peaceful lakes and oriental temples. The city tour includes such sights as the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum, One Pillar Pagoda and the Temple of Literature – The first National University of Vietnam. In the afternoon, continue to visit the Ethnology museum where you can find the biggest object collection of 54 Vietnamese ethnic groups. In the evening, attend to the water puppet show, one of famous Vietnamese traditional art. Overnight in Ha Noi.

Day 03: Hanoi – Maichau valley. Half day hiking.

Depart Hanoi for Hoa Binh province and the town of Mai Chau. This scenic drive takes around three and half hours. Along the way we pass fields of tapioca and sugar cane as well as rice paddies. Arrive in Mai Chau valley around noon. After lunch, we leave the village for a half day walking around. We will pass many different Thai hamlets, through rice fields, hill sides…We will stop by some local houses to talk with local people to understand their customs and culture. In the evening, assist to the traditional music and dance show which is performed by The Thai young girls and boys (optional). Overnight in a stilt house.

Day 04: Maichau valley – Ninhbinh. River boat trip.

A contrasting and more challenging ride today, though there is plenty of opportunity to stop, rest and admire the views. After breakfast enjoy a four hour drive to Tam Coc, also called “Ha Long Bay on land”, or the “Vietnam’s second nicest grotto” (to Huong Tich) for its poetic and inspirational natural scenery. After your lunch which will be provided at local restaurant, we will take a two hour boat trip around natural caves and grottoes, admire the wonderful landscape of the tourist area. The trip in Tam Coc is wonderful for photo hunters, especially when local people come to harvest the water rice planted along the river, or when they transplant some seedling for the next crops. Overnight in Tam coc, Ninh Binh.

Day 05: Ninh Binh – Halong Bay. Boat cruise (pm).

Enjoy the journey through the rich farmlands of the Red River Delta and the scenery of rice fields, water buffalo and everyday Vietnamese village life. Arrive in Halong and board the Bai Tho traditional sailing junk (or similar junk). Whilst cruising the exquisite waters sample the regions fresh seafood. Visit the recently discovered Surprise Grotto with its great views, and on the next island see the yawning mouth of Bo Nau Cave. Enjoy a swim in the emerald waters of Halong Bay or walk uphill the Titop mountain to have a great view. Watch the sun set over the bay whilst enjoying a delicious dinner. Overnight on board junk.

Day 06: Halong bay scuba diving.

At 8h00, will will be picked up at the boat/junk by our Diving Team and transferred by another wooden boat to our first divesite – Chim Island. Enjoy 01 dive before having lunch on board. In the afternoon, we will move to another divesite – Me Cung Island. There we will enjoy one more hour diving before being dropped off at another boat-house for overnight. Dinner and overnight at local boat-house.

Day 07: Halong bay sea kayaking.

Breakfast on boat. Transferred by support boat to Hai Pies Beach. Briefing and gear-up before start paddling through Lan Ha Bay to ward Ba Trai Dao beach for a lunch break.

In the afternoon, paddle along the cliff through Monkey Lagoon to Ranger’s base. Fresh seafood home cooked dinner then bunk down in your tents on the front yard.

Day 08: Continue kayaking. Catba – Haiphong – Hanoi.

After our popular big breakie, navigate your way through quiet small bays through floating fish farms. Lunch break on the way before docking at Gia Luan to take the local shuttle bus to Cat Ba town. Then take hydrofoil to Hai Phong where your car will be ready for your journey to Hanoi. Overnight in Hanoi.

Day 09: Departure.

Breakfast at hotel. Free time till transfer to the airport for your onward flight back home. End tour.

Phu Quoc Island Diving Tour Package

Day 01: Arrival in Ho Chi Minh City (Saigon)

You will be met up at Tan Son Nhat airport in Ho Chi Minh city by Lotussia local guide and driver then transferred to your hotel in town. The rest of the day is free at leisure. Overnight in Ho Chi Minh City.

Day 02: Saigon – Phuquoc Island

After breakfast, Lotussia guide and driver will take you to Tan Son Nhat airport for your flight to Phu Quoc Island. You will be picked up at Phu Quoc Island airport by Lotussia representative and and transferred to your hotel/resort. Rest of time is free at leisure. Overnight in Phu Quoc Island.

Day 03: Phuquoc Scuba Diving

Embark on a boat trip to dive site and reef sites. After the warm-up and instructions, start to take 2 dives with lunch in between. Further swimming, snorkeling and sunbathing in the afternoon before boating back to hotel/resort for overnight.

Day 05: Phuquoc Island – Saigon

Scuba Diving Halong Bay Vietnam

Day 01: Hanoi – Halong

08:00: You will be welcome at your hotel in Hanoi by Lotussia local guide and driver then transferred to Halong Bay. Enjoy three hours scenic drive through the countryside.

12:00: Upon arriving at Bai Chay tourist wharf, you will be greeted by our Scuba Diving team. Check in our traditional boat.

13:00: Enjoy the delicious seafodd lunch on boat before your first visit of the most beautiful cave of Halong Bay – Sung Sot Grotto. Ascending to the grotto, the way is covered by trees and foliage and consists of great paved stone blocks. Inside, it is partitioned into two chambers; the first one being similar to a wide theatre hall. Many stalactites hang from the high ceiling, with numerous possible forms and shapes. From the wharf, you climb 50 steep stone stairs to the mouth of the grotto, which lies 25m above the sea level. Going down some 10 stone stairs, you reach the mouth of a grotto. The grotto covers some 10,000m2. Inside the grotto there have thousands of stalactites and stalagmites along the 500-meter paved passage.

After visiting the grotto, we continue our boat trip towards Bo Hung Island where we will stop for the first round of Scuba Diving which will last for about 35 minutes.

Day 02: Halong – Hanoi

06:00: Early weakup to enjoy the Sunrise in the bay (optional).

07:30: Breakfast will be served on board. Then we will continue cruising towards Vung Ha Island for another scuba diving experience.

08:00: Our local Scuba diving guide will explain a little bit more about the Island as well as the location where we will spend another 35 minutes of scuba diving. Enjoy the beautiful senery under the clear, emeuraude water of the “Eighth World Wonder” – Halong Bay.

10:30: After exploring the coral reefs, the marvelous marine landscapes, enjoy your lunch on board while our support boat transfer us back to Bai Chay tourist wharf.

12:00: Met up again by our driver and go back to Hanoi. End tour.
